Our Mission

We aim to remind children they are STARS and lead them to shining brighter in their lives through Jesus.

At Kids' Church, our mission is to SHARE the love of Jesus with kids, TEAM them with others following Jesus, ADVANCE them in their faith, all the while helping them to RECOGNIZE their gifts and SURRENDER their lives to God.

Sunday Morning Services

9:30 am - 11:00 am at the Cambridge Site

10:30 am - 12:00 pm at the Boston Site

Security Check-In/Check-Out for Sunday Services

All children age 3 years through 5th grade will use the security system for check-in their children at the greeting table, receive a numbered tag, and walk them to the gathering location.  Parents of 2 year olds, please check-in your kids at the Greeting Table and then walk them directly to their classroom.

At the end of service, the parent must present the tag to the teacher to pick up the chld.  Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to the worship start time and continues until 20 minutes into the service tiem.  At that point the greeting table will close and parents should walk their kids directly to their classrooms to check-in

Child/Adult Ratios

Please be aware that in order for us to comply with safety regulations and student/teaher ratios, our classes will close if we do not have enough adult volunteers or if we reach our maximum room capacity.  We ask for your understanding as this is in the best interest of your child.

Our Health Policies

We respectfully ask for the sake of all our families and Kids' Church team members that children who have experienced any of the following symptons in the past 24 hours remain at home or with their parents instead of attending Kids' Church:

  • Fever or elevated temperature
  • Excessive coughing
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Discharge in or around the eyes/pink eye
  • Questionable rash
  • Green or yellow runny nose
  • Any communicable disease

A child taking antibiotics should have recieved them for at least 24 hours before coming to Kids' Church.  Thank you for helping to keep our Kids' Church environment a healthy place!

Food and Snacks

During Kids' Church, pre-K children will receive a healthy snack and water.  Elementary age kids will not receive a snack during kids church on a regular basis.  Children are not permitted to bring food into Kids' Church.  Bagels and drinks must be consumed before arriving for check-in.  This policy will reduce the chance that other children are exposed to possible allergens in  foods brought into Kids' Church.  It will also eliminate the distraction caused by chldren who are not participating in the Gathering Time due to their eating and drinking.  On occasion, a Kids' Church team leader may bring food for an object lesson or a group celebration. Team members will refer to the allergies list whenever bringing food into the classroom so make sure to write down all allergies your child has when checking him/her in.

Volunteer Policies

We monitor all Kids' Church team members who work directly with children.  The application process includes completing an interview, a criminal background check, and shadowing a couple of Kids' Church services.  All Kids' Church rooms wil have at least two adults present at all times.
