Brian Housman, like so many others, moved to Boston for college. He came here from Chicago to attend Harvard College, from which he graduated with a B.A. in Government in 1992. When he started college, he wanted to be a diplomat. By the time he graduated, he wanted to spend as much time as possible studying and teaching the Bible. He joined the staff of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, a group which helps students learn about what it means to follow Jesus. He worked with InterVarsity at Harvard and then at Yale.
When Brian returned to Boston in 1998 as Area Director for InterVarsity, he was excited by the prospect of attending the Greater Boston Vineyard, which he'd heard about through several close friends. The first Sunday he attended, Brian helped move chairs, and he's been doing so pretty much ever since. He also led small groups, taught Bible studies, and helped in areas of leadership training and development. He joined the staff of the Greater Boston Vineyard in August 2002 to serve as the executive pastor. He supervises the staff team, as well as providing Bible resources, preaching on occasion, teaching several of our classes, and a variety of other things.
Brian loves to grill meat, reads voraciously, and takes a special pleasure from watching old TV shows on Netflix. He's an avid sports fan. Several years back he made the monumental decision to change allegiances from the Chicago Bears and White Sox to the Patriots and the Red Sox—the timing turned out to be pretty good. He's recently taken up cycling. You're sure to hear him talk about that more if you ever hear one of his sermons, or just talk to him in the lobby.

Adam joined the Greater Boston Vineyard Team in May of 2005 shortly before his marriage to his wife Ann. Adam's first involvement with the Vineyard came in 2001 while he was living in Providence, Rhode Island. He began attending a Small Group at the Greater Boston Vineyard to have a common Christian community with Ann. Since that time, Adam and Ann have put down roots in Cambridge and have been increasingly blessed by being served by and serving other through the Vineyard.
Adam is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. After high school, he spent a year in the Veneto region of Italy on a foreign exchange program before attending Wesleyan University in Connecticut. Adam received a BA in the College of Social Studies, a writing-intensive interdisciplinary major combining government, history, and economics. Adam spent his first few years after college working with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in Providence, RI. Prior to joining the Greater Boston Vineyard staff, Adam was the administrator for Healthy Futures, a sexual health program for 6th-12th graders. After three years of serving as an Administrative Assistant at the Vineyard, Adam's role was changed to Assistant Pastor in the spring of 2008. Today, he works closely with both Sunday Teams and Small Groups. Adam especially enjoys teaching the Vineyard 301 class that trains and equips Small Group Leaders.
Adam loves discovering new restaurants and promoting them to his friends. He also enjoys games, including the fast-paced "Crazy Uno!" and the slightly more cerebral "Settlers of Catan" and "Ticket to Ride."

Chuck Snekvik is an associate pastor of the Greater Boston Vineyard. He joined the staff in November 2001. His wife, Marianne, has also been serving on staff since July 2002. They are the proud parents of two and grandparents of four.
Chuck met Marianne while they were both on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ, International. After leaving Campus Crusade, Chuck pursued teaching science for twenty-eight years while spending most of his spare time in leadership in a community-centered Christian group. He recently received his Masters of Ministry from the Wagner Leadership Institute and has been trained in counseling by Larry Crabb, Elijah House, and in various other types of prayer counseling.
Chuck’s responsibilities include the Welcome Teams, Encounter Night, Listening Prayer, Men’s Small Groups and counseling. His passion for authentic community and total freedom for the Christian individual was taken to a new level when he and Marianne were refreshed by the recent renewal of God. Seeing revival in the greater Boston area and the world through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit is his greatest passion.
