Joanne Turner

Joanne joined the staff of the Vineyard in July of 2008. It seems like the job was made for her detail-oriented nature with all the details she takes care of, and she’s enjoying the fit!  Before working at the Vineyard she was employed by a private placement firm in Boston for seven years, who assisted Private Equity partners in raising their funds.  She’s enjoying working with less zeros in the numbers she deals with here, but especially loves the environment.

Joanne was raised in Maine, the youngest in a family with eight kids (explains a lot, right?!),  went to Bible college, spent a few years in youth ministry, taught in a Christian school, and did several other jobs to supplement her income.  After several years of that, she decided it was time to get some training in marketable skills to balance out her life.  Now at the Vineyard she is enjoying using both those marketable office skills and her passion for living a life of faith.  What a great mix!

One of Joanne’s favorite things in life is being “Auntie Jo” to several nieces and nephews, including five grand-nieces/nephews.  She enjoys laughing with kids, loving on them and encouraging them as they grow.

Joanne also enjoys scrapbooking and getting others going with scrapping, the Patriots, basic computer games, movies and just hanging out with people and hearing what is going on in their lives.

Bob Bilodeau

Custodian

I was born and raised in North Cambridge just down the street from the Vineyard. This qualifies me as the unofficial historian of the Cambridge site as well as being the caretaker of the property. After high school I entered the building trades and have worked as such for the last forty or so years. I have a beautiful wife, Denise, five wonderful children, eleven grandchildren who are more fun than I could ever have imagined and one absolutely precious great-grandson.

My association with the Vineyard has been nothing but a blessing. I have never met, as a group, such nice people. They are loving and compassionate. They are so willing to understand and help anyone, in any way that they can. And they are so full of life and endless energy that just being around them makes your face and your soul smile. God willing, I hope to be here for a very long time.
