Kristina has been on staff at the Greater Boston Vineyard since July of 2006. She and her husband, Dominic, have one child: Josette (born in 2008). Kristina was born in Central Wisconsin, growing up with 4 sisters and 1 brother. She attended the University of Wisconsin—Oshkosh but they relocated to Massachusetts when she attended New England Conservatory for a Master of Music. Since coming to the Vineyard, she and her husband have really enjoyed growing in their leadership skills and taking advantage of all of the education that is offered here. They both feel that they have never before been on such a springboard into what God has for them, and the church has been a huge part of that. When not working, Kristina spends time experimenting in the kitchen, trying her hand at gardening, and catching up on favorite shows, magazines or new movies.
Kristina serves as an assistant for Dave and Grace in multiple capacities, makes sure that we have programs and slideshows for Sunday Services, and pastorally oversees programs for Vineyard Cares. She also has relatively recently become a church planter and is the lead pastor for The River Church in Quincy.

Val Snekvik has been a part of the Boston Vineyard since the church began in 1998. Since then she has been involved in many of the church's ministries, including programming for families, preaching, and small group leadership and coaching. Val's faith in Jesus and enjoyment of church started out when she was a young kid. Strangely, kind of like the fact she liked middle school, she kept feeling that way through thick and thin and still does today.
Val is a mom to three boys, Sam (born 2002), Stephen (born 2004), and Mark (born 2006). After her husband and colleague Andrew died from cancer in 2010, Val took a leave of absence for a year. She returned to the pastoral staff in August of 2011 as a pastor of general pastoral ministries.
