Pilates

Pilates focuses on breath, the body's core and muscular control to create strong, lean and flexible muscles. This class emphasizes controlled movements that build strong abdominal and back muscles to enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, and coordination.

*A yoga mat is required for class. We have some that participants may use (first come first serve basis). We highly encourage participants to bring their own mats

This class is open to all skill levels and no prior experience is necessary. Appropriate exercise clothing required - breathable and stretchable shirts, shorts, and pants. No jeans/dress pants, skirts or dresses. No shoes required.

Dates: Thursdays Oct. 16, 23, 30, and Nov. 6
Time: 7:15-8:15pm
Location: Greater Boston Vineyard, Chapel; 170 Rindge Ave., Cambridge, MA
Cost: $15 for 4-week session. Cash or checks accepted. Make checks payable to "Greater Boston Vineyard" and put "Exercise class" in the memo line.
