Selecting a Sponsor
1. What are the criteria for selecting a sponsor?
Sponsors should be mature followers of Jesus who, ideally, know you and are in
your Small Group. They should also be of your same sex.
We ask that the sponsors be willing to follow the instructions and guidelines on
how to pray during the weekend (we provide specific prayers and request that
the sponsors follow the format we use).
2. Can my sponsor be someone who does not attend the Greater Boston Vineyard?
Sponsors do not have to be a part of the Vineyard community.
3. Does my sponsor have to be somebody who has attended Transformation Weekend before?
While it is helpful if your sponsor has already attended Transformation Weekend,
it is not a requirement.
