As a church we believe that, in the end, every dream in God is a leadership dream. God has given every person a dream that can only come about as we learn to influence others towards the things of God. In this class you will learn more about helping others grow in their walks with Jesus. You will learn what it means to effectively lead a Small Group of people in the purposes of God. This class combines a biblical study of leadership with practical methods of Small Group leading to help you turn your dream into a fleshed out reality. In 2008 and 2009, Vineyard 301 will be taught as two Saturday-sessions. 

There is a $35 charge for the course materials. (Scholarships are available.)

Prerequisites: Vineyard 101 and Vineyard 201
