It’s more than just basketball. It’s about:
- Youth learning to work hard, and feeling encouraged, affirmed and valued for who they are as they learn basketball skills.
- Leadership Development by empowering high school students to step into leadership roles as they work alongside caring adults and seasoned coaches to provide basketball skills & drills instruction to middle school participants
- Collaboration among government agencies, the faith community and Cambridge residents
- Community and creating a sense of connection and hope among the youth by building relationships
