Exercise Class: Pilates

Pilates focuses on breath, the body's core and muscular control to create strong, lean and flexible muscles. This class emphasizes controlled movements that build strong abdominal and back muscles to enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, and coordination.

This class is open to all skill levels and no prior experience is necessary.  Appropriate exercise clothing required-breathable and stretchable shirts, shorts, pants, and closed-toe sneakers. No jeans/dress pants, buttons, zippers, skirts or dresses.

Pilates mats available for use.

Program Details:Dates: Tuesdays, April 8, 15, 22, 29  
Time: 7:15-8:15pm
Location: Greater Boston Vineyard, Sanctuary Building; 170 Rindge Ave., Cambridge, MA
Cost:  $15 for 4-week session.  $10 per person if you sign up with a friend. Cash or checks accepted. Make checks payable to "Greater Boston Vineyard" and put "Exercise class" in the memo line.
