Community Building Initiatives

Community Building Initiatives (CBI) works to create a rich relational network in our city by connecting people across lines of race, class, culture and religion through programs and events.

We dream of seeing our cities be a place where everyone thrives and want to do anything possible to see that happen.  Believing that meaningful change happens in the context of relationships, CBI work to foster unity and understanding by creating fun and intentional spaces that bring people together from different backgrounds.

The iftar—the evening meal that breaks the fast during Ramadan—provides a space for us to learn from and engage with our neighbors and sets a platform for deeper relationships to be formed.

Interfaith Women's Council (IFWC)

Exisits to build bridges and increase understanding between Christian and Muslim women while finding practical ways to invest in our neighborhood and serve others. To learn more, click here.
